Shipping and Delivery
Two delivery options on every machine: DDP sea or rail freight to US, Canada, and the EU 27 with customs and import duties included in the price, or CIF air freight worldwide for faster delivery where you handle customs at destination.
Where machines ship from
All machines are built and tested at our manufacturing facility in China, then shipped directly to your address. Our support offices in the USA, Europe and Asia coordinate orders, technical scoping, and post-purchase support in your time zone; all machines ship from our China factory directly to your address.
Lead time
Production lead time depends on the machine class:
- Fiber galvo (20W to 350W), UV galvo, CO2 galvo: 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation to crating
- Pulse cleaning machines (200W to 500W): 2 to 3 weeks
- CNC fiber cutters (1.5 kW to 6 kW): 4 to 6 weeks, depending on bed size
- 3-in-1 / 4-in-1 fiber welding machine: 3 to 4 weeks
Every machine is calibrated and tested before crating. We do not ship a machine that has not passed our internal QC.
DDP shipping zones
DDP stands for “Delivered Duty Paid”. The seller (us) handles customs clearance and pays all import duties on your behalf. For DDP-covered zones, the price you see on the product page is the final price you pay. No surprise customs bill after the order arrives.
DDP freight mode depends on destination: sea freight to US and Canada, rail freight to the EU 27. Both are slower than air but absorb the customs paperwork on our side, which is what makes DDP work as a flat-price offer.

If you are in a DDP zone but need faster delivery than sea or rail, the CIF air freight option (below) is available to you as well; the choice is yours at the time of order.
Rest of world
For destinations outside the DDP zones, and for DDP-zone buyers who prefer faster delivery, we ship CIF air freight worldwide. Transit time is 12 to 15 days from factory dispatch to your destination airport. The freight cost is included (free shipping); you handle customs clearance and pay any import duties at your destination through your own broker.

We provide all commercial invoice documentation, packing lists, and certificates of origin needed for your customs broker. Many of our CIF buyers in the UK, Switzerland, Australia, the Gulf, and Latin America are repeat customers with their own customs brokers. If you do not have a broker, we can recommend one in your region.
When CIF beats DDP for US, Canada, or EU buyers: you have a production deadline that cannot wait 30 days for sea freight or 20 days for rail; you have an in-house customs team or a regular broker; you want full visibility on duty calculation at your end. In those cases, picking CIF saves 2 to 3 weeks of transit time at the cost of handling customs yourself.
Crate, delivery, and handling
Galvo machines (fiber, UV, CO2) ship in wooden export crates rated for international transit. Crate dimensions and weight depend on machine class. Pulse cleaning machines, CNC cutters, and 3-in-1 welders ship in larger crates or steel-frame crates depending on the model.
Standard delivery is curbside. The freight carrier offloads the crate to the curb at your address. If you need:
- Lift-gate service (truck has a hydraulic lift to set the crate gently on the ground): available on request, included on production-tier orders by default
- Inside delivery (carrier brings the crate into your building): available on request, possible extra fee depending on building access
- White-glove uncrating (carrier opens the crate and removes packaging): available on request
If your building has loading-dock or tight-access constraints, tell us when ordering so we can flag it with the freight carrier in advance.
Tracking
Once your machine leaves the China factory, we email you a tracking link. For DDP shipments, we monitor the customs clearance progress and intervene with the carrier if anything stalls. For non-DDP shipments, tracking is end-to-end up to your customs broker’s pickup.
