By using jpt-laser.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Products and pricing

All machines are built to order. Specifications, prices, lead times, and accessory configurations on the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. The price valid for your order is the price listed at the time you place the order. DDP pricing for US, Canada, and EU includes customs and import duties; non-DDP shipping for other destinations is free but customs is the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders, payment, and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email; the order is accepted when we send the production-start confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing or specification errors, or inability to verify shipping or payment information.

Shipping, risk, and delivery

Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery. For DDP shipments, “delivery” is the point at which the carrier completes the documented hand-off at the destination address. For non-DDP shipments, “delivery” is the point at which the freight is handed off to the buyer’s customs broker or local carrier.

Warranty

Warranty terms are class-specific and published on the returns and warranty page. The warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is documented on the relevant product page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JPT Laser Shop’s total liability for any claim arising from a machine purchase is limited to the purchase price of that machine. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost production time, or loss of business opportunity.

Use of the site

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with site security, scrape content for redistribution, or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying systems.

Intellectual property

All content on jpt-laser.com (text, images, schematics, product photography, branding) is owned by JPT Laser Shop or licensed for our use. You may share links to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not republish content in bulk or use our branding without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, United States, unless your jurisdiction’s consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the last updated date is shown below. Continued use of the site or placement of orders after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
